  • Khoya (mawa) reduced, thickened milk , Lai – puffed rice ,Sugar or jaggery (gur) – for sweetness, Ghee – for richness, Optional: cardamom, chopped nuts.
  • How It’s Made

  • Khoya is roasted lightly in ghee. Sugar or jaggery syrup is prepared. Puffed rice is mixed into the syrup. The warm mixture is combined with khoya and shaped into laddoos or small cakes.
